Returns & Cancellations Policy
1 NO RETURNS

All products sold are non-returnable. Once a product has been sold and delivered or picked up, it cannot be returned.

Kindly ensure correct product selection before completing payment. We encourage you to review product details, shades, and specifications thoroughly before ordering.

2 NO REFUNDS

Payments made for confirmed orders are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to all orders, regardless of the circumstances.

3 EXCHANGE POLICY (Strictly for Mix-Ups Only)

Exchanges are allowed only within 48 hours in the event of a Kerry Sandy Cosmetics fulfillment error (wrong item delivered).

Requirements for exchange:

  • Product must be unopened
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Exchange request must be made immediately upon delivery or pick-up
  • No exchange for wrong shade choice, preference change, or skin reaction
4 QUALITY ASSURANCE

All orders are thoroughly checked before dispatch to minimize errors. Clients are encouraged to confirm suitability before ordering by reviewing product descriptions, images, and shade guides.

5 CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By placing an order, you agree to our No Return, No Refund, Exchange-on-Mix-Up-Only policy. This ensures hygiene integrity and a premium, professional service experience.

1 PAYMENT VALIDATES ORDER

We do not accept Payment on Delivery under any circumstances. All orders are processed strictly on a "Pay First" basis.

Once payment is received, your order is confirmed and enters our fulfillment process immediately.

2 PRE-PAYMENT CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled before payment. You must complete payment to finalize your order.

3 POST-PAYMENT CANCELLATIONS

Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled. Your order is immediately scheduled for dispatch or pick-up preparation.

Exception: Cancellation may only be requested within 24 hours of payment and is subject to:

  • Order not yet dispatched or prepared for pickup
  • A non-refundable cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be deducted
  • Remaining balance (90%) will be issued as a store credit (non-transferable)

⏰ THE 24-HOUR WINDOW

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after payment confirmation. Requests made after 24 hours cannot be honored as your order will be in preparation or already dispatched.

5 PICK-UP LOCATION POLICY

Our pick-up point at Iconic Plaza, 1st Floor, Shop F9 (Along Moi Avenue) holds limited SKUs.

Only fully paid and confirmed orders are delivered to this location for collection.

6 NO CREDIT / NO HOLDING

We do not reserve items without payment and we do not sell on credit. All orders must be paid in full before processing.

7 CUSTOMER COMMITMENT

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our Order → Pay → Receive policy. We appreciate your business and your understanding as we maintain a smooth, professional service experience.

1 MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (Single Product Type)

Minimum order per product (same item, same variant): 6 pieces

2 MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (Mixed Products)

For assorted products (different items or variants): 36 pieces total

3 DEFINITION OF A PRODUCT TYPE

One product type refers to the same item, same shade, same size, and same formulation.

4 ORDER CONFIRMATION

All wholesale orders are processed strictly on a "Pay First" basis and are subject to stock availability.

5 PAYMENT FLEXIBILITY

We allow installment payments. Orders are dispatched only once all fees are cleared in full.

6 DELIVERY & LOGISTICS

Orders are dispatched via trusted courier and rider partners after payment confirmation.

7 AVAILABILITY & STOCK CONFIRMATION

All orders are prepared specifically after payment. Availability is only guaranteed once payment is received.

8 CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
